Mohammed,
son of Nabera Wangnoo, has been looking after us
for two months. He is a very willing, cheerful boy
& forgets nothing, with an extremely nice character.
Is a great credit to his father. He will go far.
I am sure will one day be a very successful houseboat
owner. |

To
one who has traveled allover India, the "New
Warrior" has been a revelation comfort, cleanliness,
courtesy, honest service and the finest food we
have had since being in this country - I recommend
Nabira Wangnoo's houseboat without reservation to
any one seeking happy smooth vacation. |

his
letter is intended as a sincere recommendation resulting
from my complete satisfaction with the quality of
services and facilities rendered me by Nabira and
Mohammed Wangnoo during my visit of some twenty
days in this gorgeous land of Kashmir. The team
is truly representative of the honored and respected
clan of Wangnoo's who have faithfully served visitors
to their country for well over half a century. It
has been not only a pleasure but a distinct privilege
to be their gust and friend, for our association
has been marked by that genuine spirit of cooperation
and integrity which all discerning travelers so
greatly appreciate.
I hope and trust that we as guests shall always
prove ourselves as worthy as they as hosts. |

My
travelling companion Mrs. Nat Norfleet of Honolulu,
Hawaii and I have spent four wonderful days on the
"New Warrior" . Mohammed has been a wonderful
host..his servants most courteous and helpful. Srinagar
is one of the highlights of our trip around the
world. We have rested, fished, and spent a day on
the lake, seeing all the lovely spots, which could
never be seen motoring. Thanks to Mohammed and other
friends in Srinagar, our shopping expeditions have
been most successful. Have acquired little "treasures"
which will be reminders o four pleasant stay in
Kashmir. Thank you Mohammed! |
